WHAT IS LCHF?


LCHF is abbreviation of Low Carb High Fat. All unprocessed foods like vegetables, meat and healthy fats include in this diet.. Term is as simple as words shows , means its a diet that is low enough in carbs means it limits carbohydrates , foods like grains, starchy vegetables and fruit to be labeled low carb and the same goes for the high fat food.
